Our Markets.com Minimum Deposit Revealed:

Minimum Deposit

Markets.com has a minimum deposit requirement of $100.

This minimum deposit amount is equal to 150 ZAR at the average exchange rate between the United States Dollar and the South African Rand. Markets.com is a globally recognised broker that is reliable and reputable as a trading solutions provider.

Markets.com ensures that traders are given access to a fair, transparent, and safe trading environment where their funds are protected. In addition, Markets.com emphasises ensuring that the interest of their clients is safeguarded and that it always takes priority.

All funds that are deposited to Markets.com are kept in segregated accounts, separate from the broker account. These funds are not used by Markets.com in any way to hedge trades and neither are the funds used for hedging the broker’s trades.

Once traders have registered with Markets.com and they have verified their identity and residential address, they can log into their client area using their email address and user-selected password.

Once logged in, a window will appear, prompting that the trader “Add Funds”, traders can either use this to deposit funds, or they can select “close” to add funds later.

When traders select “Add Funds” they will be redirected to the Deposit Bonus page where traders can opt for one of the deposit bonuses or they can use the sign-up bonus/no-deposit bonus that allows them to use trading credit of $25 to start trading before they risk real money.

When traders deposit funds into their trading account, they must choose their payment method carefully as this method will be selected by default when withdrawal requests are made. In addition, when depositing funds, traders must ensure that they deposit from a bank account with the same name as the trading account that the trader registered.

The reason for this relates to the fact that Markets.com does not accept third-party payments or funds from unknown sources as part of Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures.
